
The most important decision we can make for our health and wellbeing is to look at our nutritional choices, the food we buy and what goes inside it. The best way to manage our health is to manage what we put inside our bodies by understanding what we are being sold.
We are demanding inexpensive, long lasting, convenient foods but, sadly this comes at a huge cost to our health.
The best piece of advice I could offer you is that you try to learn to read food labels, because we really SHOULD all care a great deal about what goes into the food which we choose to consume.
As consumers, we hold the power and we need to work together to take back the power from retailers and producers and demand better ingredients at a fair price.
We need to question why highly addictive additives, flavourings and preservatives are being added to the foods we are buying. These have a huge detrimental effect on both our health and wellbeing.
