The LinaLeaner ‘You, But Version 2’ program offers nutritional guidelines to help you reach your goals. If you have pre existing allergies, intolerances, nutrient deficiencies or health related problems including, liver or kidney disease, anorexia, bulimia or cancer, please advise us and seek prior advice from a medical/health professional as this program will NOT be suitable for you.

Please be aware that once your unique program has been tailored specifically for you, according to the information you have provided us with, making amendments yourself to suit your requirements may result in failure of the program. Once your receive the program, you need to trust us and the process. We offer full email support during your 28 day program.
DAILY FOOD AND DRINK CONSUMPTION MUST BE LOGGED
It is imperative that you complete your correct, age, height and weight on the questionnaire and provide clear photographs in swimwear or underwear from the front view, back view and each side view. This will enable us to create the relevant plan for you body composition and monitor your progress efficiently. These will need to be supplied to us prior to program commencement.
Once we have created your program, we are happy to have any feedback you may have. The program will need to be adhered 100% in conjunction with your food logging app for 100% results. Remember consistency is key and only you hold the key to your success.
Your progress will be assessed weekly and amendments will be made if required.
For optimum results you will need to adhere to calorie count, macronutrient split, timings and portion sizes. We advise cutting out alcohol for best results during the 28 day program.
Results will vary from individual to individual dependent on effort put in and discipline.
