Once you have decided to take positive steps to change your lifestyle, I am here to help you at every step on your fitness journey. Together we will establish your targets, goals and current fitness and lifestyle. We then put together a realistic and achievable nutrition and exercise plan that works with you and your lifestyle.
For some of you this will be a gym based plan and others it will be a home exercise plan. The nutrition plan can be a completely comprehensive bespoke package assisting with a “kitchen clean up plan” followed by shopping list guidance, tutorial in how to use log apps and reading food labels and finally workshops in meal preps.
I also offer a more basic nutrition plan which will give you guidance on getting the most out of your new fitness plan. For anyone limited on time, I have partnered with Prep Box Nutrition who can provide you with nutritionally balanced tasty meals based on your goals.
Personal training sessions are available in a gym environment as well as home visits and outdoor sessions depending on your preference. Initial consultations will determine what is best suited to you.
