Ok, ok so the truth is out! Yes I do have a slight obsession with raspberries, something that may have come across on some of my recent Instagram posts. Raspberry chia jam, porridge topped with frozen raspberries, freeze dried raspberries, raspberry compote, chocolate fudge with raspberry, protein muffins with raspberries and so it goes on and on…
On the upside, they are great for me. Full of lots of antioxidants such as Vitamin C and are said to help to fight cancer and heart and circulatory disease.
