I know,  I know….eating a healthy diet can be quite testing, especially around family, during holidays and at social gatherings. But if you want to see results, discipline is what will get you where you want to be.

You can blame your work schedule, your lack of time, finances, your genetics or come up with any other excuse you can find but the answer is right under your nose.  What are you putting onto your plate (if you get that far) onto your fork then into your mouth?  Perhaps the truth is right at the end of your fork.  Make the right food choices and the results will soon be within reach…
