MOTIVATION

Be it to get up, to go to work, to go to the gym, or to make a lifestyle change, I always set myself goals, these goals are my motivation.  I don’t believe in starting the new year with a goal in mind, but instead set achievable targets throughout the year.  Reaching the goals I set myself always gives me a real sense of achievement.

Sometimes those goals take a little longer than I originally planned, often due to external factors beyond my control but I never give up.  If I don’t get from A to B within my mental timeframe, I don’t beat myself up or throw the towel in but instead see it as a minor hiccup and a challenge.  All manner of obstacles may be put in front of me but I dig deep and find the strength to keep  pushing knowing that at the end, it will all be worth it.

I am my own motivation, motivated to be better than I was yesterday.  My incentive is the power and strength I will gain from becoming a better me.

Set yourself some realistic, achievable goals and smash them!  You will feel like a superhero when you reach your goals.
