Too often, we spend our days rushing from place to place, meeting to meeting, pick up to pick up to drop off, switching from one mobile device to another and never really taking the time to breathe and appreciate our surroundings. We cannot change the world in a day but we can change how we see the world if we slow down.
We often miss some of life’s most precious moments that once gone, cannot be recaptured.
Try to take some time out of each day and to be present and appreciate everything no matter how small. For some this will be a moment to meditate, for others it means exercising or putting down your mobile phone. Whatever you chose to do, make it count and practise often.
