It’s a common phenomenon these days to see food as the enemy. Food is NOT the enemy. Food and all its benefits should be celebrated, shared and enjoyed daily without feeling guilty and punishing yourself after eating.

It is so important to create a healthy relationship food, something that is particularly important if you have children whose brains, like sponges, absorb everything they see.

With eating disorders on the increase amongst boys and girls as young as 8, creating a positive and healthy attitude towards food will have huge benefits for you, your children and everyone around you.

I am Italian and food has always and is still a huge part in my life, from buying to creating, sharing and eating it, food is literally life.

Enjoy food but don’t let it control you or become the enemy…
