Spiralize your veg and use them as a bed for bolognese or for a healthy Pad Thai. I think you know I am obsessed with cauliflower and use it in porridge, to make pizza bases and dippers.
Fancy ice cream? Make a healthy version yourself with quark, Greek yoghurt, coconut milk or bananas and avocado.
