Healthy eating  doesn’t have to mean completely depriving yourself and taking the enjoyment out of meal times.  Allow yourself treats in moderation and get creative in your kitchen and make healthy versions of your favourite meals.

Spiralize your veg and use them as a bed for bolognese or for a healthy Pad Thai.  I think you know I am obsessed with cauliflower and use it in porridge, to make pizza bases and dippers.

Fancy ice cream?  Make a healthy version yourself with quark, Greek yoghurt, coconut milk or bananas and avocado.

The internet is awash with fabulous healthy food swaps if you want to find alternatives to your favourite meals.  I will continue posting my fav meals and food swaps to help to inspire you and get you cooking up a healthy storm in your kitchen.

Happy swapping!
